  • David Coleal

    Chief Executive Officer

    David Coleal is Chief Executive Officer of Incora, a global leader in innovative supply chain solutions for Aerospace and Defense, as well as automotive, industrial, pharmaceutical, and other industries. 

    Prior to this, David was President of Bombardier Aviation, a newly created entity consolidating all of Bombardier’s aerospace assets into a single, streamlined and fully integrated business. Before this, David was President of Bombardier’s Business Aircraft division since 2015.

    Over the course of this successful tenure, David oversaw the launch of two long-range business jets, the Global 5500 and 6500 aircraft, and Bombardier’s newest Learjet aircraft, the Learjet 75 Liberty. David also steered the successful entry-into-service and delivery ramp-up of the industry redefining Global 7500 business jet. He spearheaded the expansion of Bombardier Aviation’s customer service offerings and led the growth of its Specialized Aircraft division.  David was member of the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) and former chairman of GAMA’s Environment Committee, driving for widespread use of Sustainable Alternative Jet Fuels (SAJF) in business aviation.

    Prior to taking the helm of Bombardier Business Aircraft, David was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Spirit AeroSystems, one of the world’s largest producers of aerostructures. 

    Before joining Spirit, David was Vice President and General Manager, Bombardier Learjet, from 2008 to 2011. During his tenure, he developed strong relationships with business aircraft customers and achieved operational improvements while enhancing service and reliability across product lines.

    He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Cirrus Design Corporation from 2001 to 2008. Other management positions include Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, New Product Development Manager at Caterpillar, and Manager at NUMMI, the first JV between GM and Toyota. 

    David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from California State University, Sacramento; an MBA in Management Science from CSU, East Bay; and a private pilot license.

     

  • Kevin Matthies

    President of Global Hardware

    As President of Global Hardware, Kevin Matthies leads the world class hardware organization across multiple industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, Industrial, and Consumer Electronics. With complete P&L responsibility, Kevin leads the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution teams, who’s responsibilities span from Business Development through on-site Value Delivery.

    Kevin has deep experience as a senior executive leading high-performing teams in large enterprises in aerospace and defense. During the last decade of his career at Spirit Aerosystems, Kevin served in roles ranging from SVP Chief Engineering Officer / Chief Quality Officer, SVP Fabrication, VP/GM of the 787 program, and VP of Airbus programs. Kevin then rose to the challenge, taking on management of Spirit’s Boeing programs as SVP and GM, overseeing a $3 billion P&L and a team of nearly 4,000 personnel with a focus on program direction, factory operations, and customer relations.

    Prior to his time at Spirit, Kevin spent more than 26 years at Raytheon. As he rose through the engineering and program organizations, Kevin led key programs including Raytheon’s Stinger weapon system, Excalibur guided projectile, and eventually executing the development and production of the U.S. Army’s Javelin anti-take missile program alongside Lockheed Martin in a joint venture. Kevin is well known in the industry and has executive level relationships with our largest customers and suppliers.

     

  • Daniel Gubichuk

    President of Global Chemicals

    As President of Global Chemicals, Daniel Gubichuk leads the world class chemical organization across multiple industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, Industrial, and Consumer Electronics. With complete P&L responsibility, Daniel leads the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution teams, who’s responsibilities span from Business Development through on-site Value Delivery.

    Daniel joined the business in 2007 via Airtechnics (Electronics) and has successfully served in roles across multiple functions and commodities, providing Incora successful P&L management, strategic growth, and operational excellence. During his tenure, he has developed and nurtured relationships with both suppliers and customers, leading and negotiating several long-term strategic partnerships.

    Daniel has received awards related to his Teamwork & Culture, as well as Salesperson of the Year. Daniel also serves as the Executive Sponsor of Incora’s ASCEND D&I employee resource group.

    Located in Kansas City, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. Outside of the office, you will find him on the golf course, supporting local sports teams, or active in many other outdoor activities. A proud Shocker, Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University.

     

  • Wayne Hollinshead

    Chief Operating Officer of Functional Excellence

    Wayne Hollinshead is Chief Operating Officer of Functional Excellence at Incora™. He is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the business, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain. Wayne’s role primarily focuses on operational and customer service excellence through best practise principles and process. 

    Wayne was named to his current position in January 2020, with the merger of Pattonair and Wesco Aircraft; previously, he had served as Chief Executive Officer for the Pattonair Group of businesses, successfully driving commercial and global growth.

    Before his appointment to CEO in August 2011, Wayne was the Operations Director on the Rolls-Royce account and MD of operations both within the U.K. and Asia, for over 11 years. He also has held managerial positions within the automotive sector with roles at Lear Corporation and Johnson Controls.

    Wayne attained an MBA from Wolverhampton University and also has completed the Directors Strategy & Management Course from Cranfield University.

     

  • Dave Fawcett

    Chief Commercial Officer

    As Chief Commercial Officer, Dave Fawcett leads a team of Sales and Business Development Professionals across the globe and has ownership of the commercial relationship (P&L) with all major solutions customers, Dave is responsible for leading all bids and commercial negotiations with customers, setting a strategic growth plan for each one to ensure there is a consistent approach and clearly designed value proposition.

    Dave joined the business in 2012 after a 25-year career in supply chain and logistics with Europe’s largest independent 3PL, Wincanton PLC, where he held the position of Group Development Director.

    During his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving exceptional growth and the development of a wider service offering to the market. He also has been at the forefront of leading and negotiating a level of customer renewals and expansion.

    Dave has a wealth of knowledge in both the aviation and logistics industries, bringing an immense amount of experience and expertise to the company’s leadership team.

    Living in Bristol Dave is married with three grown up daughters. Outside of work, he remains a long-suffering Sunderland supporter and keen traveller. He enjoys most sports, both as a participant and spectator, including Football, Golf and Tennis. Dave likes the cinema, theatre, travel and visiting places of historical interest.

     

  • Dawn Landry

    Chief Administrative Officer

    Dawn R. Landry is appointed to Chief Administrative Officer in October 2021 after joining Incora as Chief Legal Officer in May 2020. She is responsible for leading Incora's Legal, Human Resources (HR) and Trade Compliance functions, leveraging the synergies between the legal and HR functions and drive objective trade compliance decisions.

    Dawn previously served for 12 years as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of American Commercial Lines Inc. (ACL), based in Jeffersonville, Ind. ACL is one of the largest and most diversified inland marine transportation and services companies in the U.S. and was the second-largest manufacturer of barges. From 2010 until 2020, ACL was a Platinum Equity portfolio company.

    Prior to joining ACL, Dawn served in various roles, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice President and General Counsel, and Director of Legal Affairs, for Formula Telecom Solutions, Inc. and its predecessor companies, beginning in 2001. She also has served as an attorney with commercial law firms Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, representing clients throughout the United States, and Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin, LLP, in the Midwest.

    Dawn earned her J.D. degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb.

  • Ray Carney

    Chief Financial Officer

    Raymond L. (Ray) Carney was appointed Chief Financial officer in October 2021 after joining Incora as the Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller in November 2020. Ray is responsible for the overall accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and business partnering capabilities of Incora’s finance function. 

    Ray has spent most of his career in financial leadership roles of multinational, publicly traded, companies and has worked in various industries including client service, manufacturing, oilfield services, engineering and construction and government contracting.  Prior to joining Incora, Ray was the Chief Accounting Officer at KBR, Inc., Exterran Corporation and Dresser-Rand Group Inc.   Prior to Dresser-Rand, Ray spent six years with Alcoa Inc., first as Manager of Financial Transactions in the controllership function focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and subsequently as Group Controller for the Global Rolled Products, Hard Alloy Extrusions and Asia business. Prior to Alcoa, he spent 13 years with Ernst & Young and was responsible for client projects including public filings, acquisitions, and audit engagements.

    Ray is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

    Ray has two grown children and splits his time between Fort Worth and Houston, Texas, traveling back and forth with his dog/copilot Stormy. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, riding his Harley-Davidson Fatboy, playing guitar and listening to live music.
