Chief Executive Officer
David Coleal is Chief Executive Officer of Incora, a global leader in innovative supply chain solutions for Aerospace and Defense, as well as automotive, industrial, pharmaceutical, and other industries.
Prior to this, David was President of Bombardier Aviation, a newly created entity consolidating all of Bombardier’s aerospace assets into a single, streamlined and fully integrated business. Before this, David was President of Bombardier’s Business Aircraft division since 2015.
Over the course of this successful tenure, David oversaw the launch of two long-range business jets, the Global 5500 and 6500 aircraft, and Bombardier’s newest Learjet aircraft, the Learjet 75 Liberty. David also steered the successful entry-into-service and delivery ramp-up of the industry redefining Global 7500 business jet. He spearheaded the expansion of Bombardier Aviation’s customer service offerings and led the growth of its Specialized Aircraft division. David was member of the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) and former chairman of GAMA’s Environment Committee, driving for widespread use of Sustainable Alternative Jet Fuels (SAJF) in business aviation.
Prior to taking the helm of Bombardier Business Aircraft, David was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Spirit AeroSystems, one of the world’s largest producers of aerostructures.
Before joining Spirit, David was Vice President and General Manager, Bombardier Learjet, from 2008 to 2011. During his tenure, he developed strong relationships with business aircraft customers and achieved operational improvements while enhancing service and reliability across product lines.
He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Cirrus Design Corporation from 2001 to 2008. Other management positions include Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, New Product Development Manager at Caterpillar, and Manager at NUMMI, the first JV between GM and Toyota.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from California State University, Sacramento; an MBA in Management Science from CSU, East Bay; and a private pilot license.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Wayne Hollinshead is President and Chief Operating Officer of Incora™. He is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the business, as well as Procurement, Innovation, Business Integration and Human Resources. Wayne’s role primarily focuses on operational and customer service excellence through best practise principles and process.
Wayne was named to his current position in January 2020, with the merger of Pattonair and Wesco Aircraft; previously, he had served as Chief Executive Officer for the Pattonair Group of businesses, successfully driving commercial and global growth.
Before his appointment to CEO in August 2011, Wayne was the Operations Director on the Rolls-Royce account and MD of operations both within the U.K. and Asia, for over 11 years. He also has held managerial positions within the automotive sector with roles at Lear Corporation and Johnson Controls.
Wayne attained an MBA from Wolverhampton University and also has completed the Directors Strategy & Management Course from Cranfield University.
Chief Financial Officer
Timothy Gallagher is Chief Financial Officer of Incora. He is responsible for all finance and accounting globally. He also serves as a member of Incora’s Executive Leadership Team, where he directs the company’s overall financial strategy.
Timothy joined the company in April 2020 with more than 30 years of experience in financial management, capital restructuring, strategic planning and operation improvements. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Genesee & Wyoming Inc., a publicly traded railroad holding company where he served for more than 14 years. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Level 3 Communications and held a number of financial positions during eight years at BP Amoco Corporation and nearly five years at WilTel Communications. Timothy also is a former officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Timothy has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University, a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a master's in financial mathematics from the University of Chicago.
Chief Commercial Officer
Declan Grant is Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for driving profitable growth of the company’s top global strategic accounts, as well as leading Global Marketing, Strategic Pricing, Asset Management and Business Development.
Declan was named to his current position in January 2020, with the merger of Wesco Aircraft and Pattonair; previously, he had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Wesco Aircraft from April 2018. Prior to that, he led Global Strategic Customer Management and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
From 2012 to 2014, Declan was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Haas Group International, which Wesco Aircraft acquired in 2014. Previously, he served as European Chemical Management Services (CMS) Director for Houghton International, a global market leader in metalworking products and services, from 1999 through 2012. In this role, Declan led Sales and Operations for its Chemical Management Services division in Europe.
A strategic leader, Declan’s drive, focus and innovative approach have delivered profitable revenue growth and led to a strong record of success. He has a history of excellence in sales leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis, profit-and-loss accountability, mergers and acquisitions, integrations and global market expansion.Declan has diverse and in-depth industry sector knowledge, including aerospace and defense, government, automotive, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and composites. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in biotechnology from Dublin City University in Dublin, Ireland.
Chief People & Diversity Officer
Kevin Erickson is Chief People & Diversity Officer of Incora. Kevin leads the organization’s global Human Resources (HR) function, with responsibility for the company’s overall people strategy including driving diversity, equity and inclusion, and fostering a “one-Incora” culture that inspires and motivates employees around a shared set of values and goals.
Prior to joining Incora, Kevin served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Signature Aviation plc (formerly BBA Aviation plc,) where he was responsible for transforming separate HR functions into one with strong shared service centers, centers of excellence, improved strategic business partnership and significant process improvement. During his tenure with Signature, Kevin also helped lead the organization through the acquisition of a primary competitor and the divestiture of two business units, completely altering the company’s operating structure.
Before joining Signature, Kevin held several executive roles with increasing responsibility at Ingersoll Rand, including Vice President HR for Club Car, Vice President HR for Global Integrated Supply Chain, and Vice President HR for Trane Commercial Systems. While at Ingersoll Rand, Kevin successfully led the organization through many change programs, developed strategic workforce plans for key growth initiatives and served as a trusted advisor on cultural transformations.
Additionally, Kevin held similar roles at Elementis plc, a UK-based chemical company, as well as GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceuticals.
Kevin holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a bachelor’s degree in business communications from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
Chief Contracts Officer
As Chief Contracts Officer, Dave Fawcett leads a team of Sales and Business Development Professionals across Europe, Middle East and Asia and has ownership of the commercial relationship (P&L) with major solutions customers, including Rolls-Royce, SAFRAN and Collins Aerospace, globally. He also is responsible for leading all commercial negotiations with customers, setting a strategic growth plan for each customer ensuring there is a consistent approach and creating a clearly designed value proposition.
Dave was named to his current position in January 2020, with the merger of Pattonair and Wesco Aircraft; previously, he had served as Chief Commercial Officer of Pattonair. Dave joined the business in 2012 after a 25-year career in supply chain and logistics with Europe’s largest independent 3PL, Wincanton PLC, where he held the position of Group Development Director.
During his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving exceptional growth and the development of a wider service offering to the market. He also has been at the forefront of leading and negotiating a level of customer renewals and expansion.
Dave has a wealth of knowledge in both the aviation and logistics industries, bringing an immense amount of experience and expertise to the company’s leadership team.
Chief Information Officer
Ryan Worobel is Chief Information Officer, responsible for the company’s worldwide information technology operations. He also serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Ryan was named to his current position in January 2020, with the merger of Wesco Aircraft and Pattonair; previously, he had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Wesco Aircraft from May 2018.
Ryan has more than two decades of experience in driving successful large-scale business transformation, business digitization and strategic technology programs. Prior to joining Wesco Aircraft, he had served as Chief Information Officer with APM Terminals, a Maersk company, and before that, he was Senior IT Director with another Maersk business unit, Maersk Line.
His experience also includes senior leadership roles at enterprise software, cloud computing and computer technology companies, including Zuora, Dell and Salesforce.com. In addition, Ryan was a consultant with Electronic Data Systems and Oracle, focused on customer relationship management processes and applications.
Ryan holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and English from Merrimack College in Andover, Mass.
Chief Legal Officer
Dawn R. Landry joined Incora as Chief Legal Officer in May 2020. She is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, litigation, regulatory compliance, risk management, contracting, financing transactions, equity compensation, and the legal aspects of labor and employment matters.
Dawn previously served for 12 years as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of American Commercial Lines Inc. (ACL), based in Jeffersonville, Ind. ACL is one of the largest and most diversified inland marine transportation and services companies in the U.S. and was the second-largest manufacturer of barges. From 2010 until 2020, ACL was a Platinum Equity portfolio company.
Prior to joining ACL, Dawn served in various roles, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice President and General Counsel, and Director of Legal Affairs, for Formula Telecom Solutions, Inc. and its predecessor companies, beginning in 2001. She also has served as an attorney with commercial law firms Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, representing clients throughout the United States, and Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin, LLP, in the Midwest.
Dawn earned her J.D. degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb.
