This is a significant achievement, especially as this was our first year of submission to the prestigious Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). The 2025 Silver Award recognises that we are making strong progress beyond basic compliance, demonstrating proactive risk management, and a consistent, structured approach to health and safety across our global operations.
The RoSPA assessment process is evidence based, requiring a detailed review of our EHS Management System, including real world evidence of leadership, employee engagement, risk control, and continuous improvement. This award is more than just a certificate, it is a clear reflection of our safety culture and the values that guide how we work every day.
Achieving this milestone shows the courage it takes to invite independent scrutiny and hold ourselves to the highest standards. It reflects the commitment we have made to making safety a lived priority, embedded in our actions, not just our policies. It is also a powerful example of collaboration in action, with teams across every site, function, and region working together toward a shared goal. And at its core, this award speaks to our sense of community, where looking out for one another is not just encouraged, it is part of who we are.
It also marks a key step on our “Journey to Zero” – zero accidents and zero harm. While the Silver Award recognises a strong level of health and safety performance, achieving Gold will require us to demonstrate even greater consistency and sustained excellence in the years ahead. We are on that path, and this milestone proves we have what it takes.
